Q. Can you make me anything Viking related?

A. Yes! We are happy to work with you to design and create a personalised product for you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We cannot use any copyrighted images, but could create you something in a similar style.

You will be sent a digital proof to approve, before production.

Q. Can I buy a gift card?

A. Yes, this can be digital or physical card.

Q. I want to change the personalisation on the product I’ve ordered

A. This depends on what stage of the order you are at:

  • It’s in my cart, you’ll have to remove the item and add it again with the correct personalisation.
  • I’ve paid for the order and received confirmation, if it’s the same day, contact us and we should be able to change it
  • I’ve approved the digital proof, I’m afraid it’s too late now

Q. I want to send the product to a different address

A. You can change the shipping address on checkout

Q. This is a gift, don’t send the price of the product to the recipient

A. Please add a note to your order, you can do this on your cart. You can also include a message there for the recipient

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Order process time is 1 – 3 working days and we use Tracked 48 hr postage as standard
